changing gift certificate to Store Dollars

I need to change the verbiage in Zen from Gift Certificate to "Store Dollars" Every place GC shows up, I want it to say Store Dollars... what is the best way to achive this? Just change the includes/languages/english.php?

Look in your language file:

// Define the name of your Gift Certificate as Gift Voucher, Gift Certificate, Zen Cart Dollars, etc. here for use through out the shop
  define('TEXT_GV_NAME','Gift Certificate');
  define('TEXT_GV_NAMES','Gift Certificates');

and change the singular and plural appropriately ...

I saw that but when I made the change, only some areas of zen were updated..the verbiage in the "gift certificates" box during checkout, for example, doesn't change. I was nervous that in making the change there, it doesn't mess something else up.

Check the language file:
/includes/languages/english/modules/order_total/ot_gv.php

there is at least one or two define statements not using the naming convention for GVs:

Use the Admin - Tools - Developers Tool Kit to search for certificate for a list of files containing that string. You only need to change the language files, which contain defines like: define('TEXT_GV_NAME','Gift Certificate');

And don't forget to look at the various email templates so that you can make the appropriate edits to the wording.
