Purchase increased quantities and receive Thumb-Drive

I want to set up a purchase schema that will allow purchaser to receive a thumb-drive in addition to download/DVD/CD

i.e.;
Buy one and get download = Free
Buy two and get download/DVD/CD = $xx
Buy three and get download/DVD/CD/Thumb-Drive reduced price.
Buy Four+ and get download/DVD/CD/Thumb-Drive Free.

caveat:
Thumb-drive is $x.x if purchased w/software as 'media type' but
reduced $ if you purchase 3xxx and
free if you purchase 4xxxx+ etc. :bangin:

Better Together doesn't do multiple tiered setups like this or "buy groupings of items to get a discount" deals. See your PM, @Forum5.

FYI: After digging into the request a bit more with owner, (By that I mean pin him down to exact difference between needs and wants, on his request) we find that we can simply add new 'Attributes' to selected products to accomplish the original goal.
