Adding + and - quantity buttons to product quantity fields

Hello, does anyone know how to add product quantity buttons to the quantity form on the product page/cart page? Like this one exampled here on a zen cart template demo http://demo.bananatheme.com/bana-zc/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=3 Or if there is an addon to download?
