Re: No access to back office

you seem to have some problems with the configure.php on the admin side, you could try to reupload all the files from the admin folder (backup first) and see what that does for you ..
you could allso try to look in the debug folder to see the debug logs, this can point you in the right direction.

Mayb you can tell us what extra modules/plugins you have installed this can cause problems too

What is your zencart version ?

For the third time, what errors are in your logs folder?

ftp to your site, goto the logs folder found in the subdirectory of where your store is.

Ie what leads you to believe you have a corrupt database, what was changed between thelast successful use and now?

Obscure the aadmin folder name before posting here.

Very good point and well presented. I will look at the log files and get back to you.

You have a module that is performing a "blind-insert" into the configuration table, making the (invalid) assumption that no columns have been added to that table. Make the changes I suggested (they're included in Zen Cart v1.5.3) here: http://www.zen-cart.com/showthread.php?211396-Use-debug_backtrace%28%29-to-determine-query_factory-caller-on-error and then report back what the updated message is. The change suggested will allow the query_factory module to report who called it so that you can deduce where the error originates.

I tried to follow what you are talking about but got lost. So I deleted the shop and uploaded a backup of it. All OK. I know it was one of the plug in I was installing that caused the problem. I will try and replicate this and get back to with the plug-in.
