Change customer address format

Hi,

Can anyone tell me how to stop my website from displaying the customers suburb, state and postcode all in the same line? It is in the correct order but I'd like the state and postcode to be on the next line.

It currently looks like:

Argy Bargy
8 Ping Pong drive
Dingledong, Northern Territory 0800
Australia

I'd like the Northern Territory 0800 to be on the next line - I'm trying to print shipping labels.

Any help hugely appreciated.
