USPS RateV4 Intl RateV2 September 7, 2014 K5 for Test Server Only

This is the USPS September 7, 2014 K5 version.

WARNING: This is for the TEST SERVER ONLY

Until USPS activates their current changes, this module is ONLY for the Test Server.

DO NOT INSTALL ON LIVE SITES as it may or may not work, prior to USPS activating their changes on the Production Server.

Please test only on your Testing or Developer sites and let us know of any issues that you experience.

Installed on a test 1.5.3 site and it worked fine. No errors or issues I could see.

Ditto on a v1.5.1 test store, although I had my doubts as to whether

United States Postal Service (1 Boxes) (0 lbs, 8 oz) (Priority Mail International® (6 - 10 business days to many major markets))

was going to overflow the orders:shipping_method field (it didn't)!

the width 128 does cut it close ... we will have to look into adjusting that in v16 ... granted a fast fix would be change the language file to USPS vs United States Postal Service ... as that one you show is not the longest it can get to be ...

First pass in our v1.5.3 sandbox worked fine.

I was concerned about the rate of SmFR boxes because I would have sworn that the rate went up $0.35 retail and expected a corresponding rate increase in CBP or CPP pricing. That doesn't appear to be true.

Have not had time to compare Int'l yet.

I have updated the addon Plugins with the USPS September 7, 2014 K5 version of this module ...
