problem with Iphone and Google Chrome 37.0 mobile

I haven't been able to process orders from Apple devices, and have had several customers complain about it, they have specifically told me that it keeps sending them back to the login screen. I was just looking at my tracking software, and I noticed a customer with this device:> Google Chrome 37.0 mobile / iPhone / Apple iPad / 768x1024

Can someone please help me diagnose this. I am running 1.5.3 with cold steel responsive template. This problem has been there since 1.5.0 with the non responsive template. Obviously it really isn't timing out.

So, was it working ok on the non-responsive template? Did this only start after installing the responsive template?

If so, try to switch temporarily to the standard classic template and do a test order. If there is no problem then your issue is template specific.

This was an ongoing problem since before the responsive template was available. I have no clue when this started, but it was one of the many reasons for installing the responsive template.

I have no way of doing a test order, because I do not own a single apple product. I have been told that this problem exists on all apple devices, even on apple computers. From the tracking issue, it doesn't appear to be anything with the browser used, because the customer was using chrome.

I can checkout just fine using chrome on a win7 machine. Also, I forgot to mention that there are no errors in the cache.
Is there some way of forcing it to trigger an error code?

Hmmm ... I have to pass on this one :(

Our customers have not reported any issues in the past or current zencart versions, but AFAIK, our customers using Apple devices use the apple browser instead of Chrome.

Chrome 37 has only been out for a week but so far no reported issues.

So I can't offer anything else.

I may have to try another template, but there are very few out there that I like. I really like the new one that Numinix put out, but their support on this forum sucks, and from what I can read on their support thread, it still has several bugs.
