Additional Product Images Not Showing

Hey All,

I have uploaded a handful of images to my /images/large directory and have used the naming convention necessary to have multiple images for products.

For example, one product I have, it's main image is 1214785050.jpg, in the handful of images I have uploaded, there is an image named 1214785050_01.jpg

From what I have read, this is what you're supposed to do to have additional product images (original image file name+ _01, _02, _03 and so on..etc etc)

I go to this product in my store and an additional image does not show.

What is the problem?

Where is the base image stored as indicated on the product's page in the admin panel? Is it also stored in the large directory?

Do you have additional images enabled in Admin - Catalog - Product Types - Edit Layout ?

All images are located in /large, and yes, additional images are enabled (1).

A link to your site would help. Is it possible your custom template disabled additional images?
