sticky tab add to oxford dark template

Thank everyone for all the previous help.

I have downloaded and trying to add dcslick sticky tab to the site. I could not find any threads already started through search so if I have doubled up...please point me in the right direction...otherwise,

There are two files...
smenu.css
smeun.js
TTP'd both to the site current template css / js folder(s).

nothing is there???...if I change smenu.css to like stylesheetsmenu.css it changes quite a few things on the site but not what I am after.
I know I have to be missing something but if anyone could tell me what that is, it would be greatly appreciated.

If the stylesheet from the module is changing things in the template, then you will have to change the selector names in the new stylesheet so that they do not conflict.
