How to find out which file the text is from?

I don't have much experience on Zen Cart and I use free templates from this community, some templates are really nice but I do need to do lots customization works.

One example is I am struggling to find out where are the text from?

Here is the template I am using:
http://www.picaflor-azul.com/free-demos/index.php?main_page=index&template_switch_id=bradford_pure

If you go to dropdown menu About Us or Service, you will see text like:
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Etiam interdum feugiat ipsum vehicula sollicitudin. Integer sed lacus eget risus consectetur ullamcorper. Pellentesque rutrum ullamcorper faucibus. Nam porttitor iaculis enim, mattis tristique velit tristique bibendum. Aliquam porta nisl tortor, non luctus justo. Nam tincidunt dui vel mauris tincidunt posuere. Phasellus rhoncus elit et lorem sodales ullamcorper.

and there is also a picture within the menu

I need to know where is the text from so I can modify accordingly.

I am also seeking answer from the template provider, the support thread for this template is way too long and I can't finish all the reading from page 1 to page 100. That's why I rather start a new thread to get help earlier.

It would be greatly appreciated if you can tell me how, thank you very much.

Re: How to find out which file the text is from?

Both are addressed with specifics in Step 13 of the README file included with the template.

You will get better assistance and also provide help to others who might have similar questions if you use the support thread even if it requires a bit of work on your part.

Re: How to find out which file the text is from?

Also, sometimes itis as good to start at the end as it is the beginning. If the thread has been around for a long time, the end is probably a little better, also it is possible to search a thread using the thread tools area. More than likely as RixStix pointed out, the question has been asked, but in case it hasn't, then after some searching the answer to whatever question is being asked may need to be posted. :)
