Sage module problem

Hi.

I need some help with this problem.. But I could not solve the problem.

Here seems to have been a problem with Direct on RegencyChess, although we haven't had other reports apart from the initial issues with liberro...Sagepay have investigated and they have come up with this...

this looks like an issue with how 3D Secure is being handled in live as the shopper is not landing on their 3D Secure password page and is seeing their website.

Protocol 3.00 will still use the same process for handling 3D Secure with Direct integration. Are you able to look at the code for handling the ACSURL, PAReq and MD Value with your TermURL as it appears as though they are not landing on the card-issuing bank's 3D Secure password page?

Now have more info from Sagepay...

the issue you are encountering is associated with transactions not completing, because
of 3D Secure. The logs which are available, show me that these customers
cards are enrolled in the 3D Secure scheme, yet, it would seem that the
customers are not managing to input their 3D Secure details onto the page
your site should be placing them on (known as the ACSURL). The fact they are
not being able to input certain information, means the vast majority of
transactions who get that far, are timing out due to inactivity.

I can see that you have a rule in place in your Sage Pay settings which
means transactions over a certain amount, must go through these checks (£150
upwards, so that's why only some transactions are being affected, it also
looks like its VISA and MASTERCARD transactions which are affected, when the
value is this).

With DIRECT integration, which you use, the card issuer provides us with
this URL, which we give to you, but ultimately its your site which needs to
redirect the customer onto that page, along with a number of other bits of
information tagged to it. More info can be found in our DIRECT integration
protocol guide on our website...

tion-documents

It may be worth checking the cart settings or speaking to their support
department, so they can check that they are handing the 3D Secure correctly.

Can you help me?

regards
