Blank Payment module?

Is there any kind of payment module that is just a blank text box that can be filled out in the admin panel?

Just need something that will show up in order confirmation and then again in the new order email.

Payment method is for 3rd party financing, just need a radio button stating "Financing" and then a text box to enter in the instructions/link to the 3rd party financing application.

Anybody have any ideas?

Not going out and getting a commercial plugin, well I would think that any of the more basic check/money order or cash on delivery payment modules could be readily adapted to what or something like described.

One thing though, are you so sure you want to post a link to some third party in the payment process just before they are about to accept purchasing from your store possibly from the second to last screen of completing a purchase? Talk about a diversion...

It's possible and probably more suggested to include that link long before the purchase process and then again in the purchase receipt correspondence to the customer. But perhaps understanding more about how you plan on implementing this third party payment system to ensure that you are "getting paid" would help.
