Incorrect total passing to 3D Secure PayPal Pro

Hi,

When a customer applies a discount/coupon code during the checkout on our website at http://www.gbdriver.co.uk - the original (non-discounted) price is displayed on the Cardinal 3D Secure Code Entry Page - The correct (discounted) price is charged and deposited in our PayPal account - but I worry that customers drop out when they see the wrong total before entering their 3D Secure password.

I wonder if anyone can point me in the right direction for a solution to this?

Thanks in advance,
Dan.

Re: Incorrect total passing to 3D Secure PayPal Pro

Hi - Just to add I emailed Cardinal - and they say there is nothing they can change and it appears that for some reason, the wrong price (pre-discounted) is being sent to them from ZenCart.

Its still a mystery how the customer does get charged the correct amount in the end - But as I mentioned, its a worry that the wrong price is shown on the 3D Secure Code Entry Page as this may cause some customers to cancel their purchase, thinking the discount has not been applied.

I am sure all I need to do is edit a file somewhere that tells zencart what to take as the final price after discount - Would be very grateful for any assistance as I have now had to disable PayPal Pro and would really like to enable it again soon.

Thanks,
Dan
