Unable to create account or use contact us with SSL enabled

Hello I do not know if I am posting this in the right area,
I am new to zencart, however I have taken Zencart and a Template and made my own site.
My problem is that when I enable the SSL in the includes/configure file, My site does not work when I click to create an account or logon.
This problem happens in certain browsers.
The browsers with the problem are
Google Chrome
Firefox
Opera

The site works perfectly in IE and Safari.

I am currently using;
Zencart 1.5.3
MARS Theme
Windows 8

To replicate the problem I am having go to the above url
then click on create account
The problem I get is the loader just keeps spinning.

Can anyone help me out? Does anyone know what to do to fix this issue?

I can see the login page load in the background.
When I tell the browser to ignore the issue and allow the page to continue loading it completes the page load.
The issue is Two unsecure dependecies on the page for the following

http://code.jquery.com/jquery-1.10.1.min.js
http://code.jquery.com/jquery-migrate-1.2.1.min.js

use the developers toolkit (admin>tools>developers toolkit) to search for those two and change the urls to use secure (https) on them

Make sure all scripts and images loading on any ssl pages are using either relative urls or an https url. See if that helps.
