SEO Title, Description, and Meta Tags

Is there any way you can define the SEO title, description, and meta tags?

Is there any plugins that provide the SEO functionality described above?

ZenCart handles this natively. You don't need to do anything (in fact if you manually alter the meta-tags, which IS possible, you can easily find yourself doing more harm than good.
