Details missing after "payment method" in order invoice.

Paypal was having a lot of issues today and once they were sorted out, I can no longer see anything below the "payment method" on an order view. I can't see what they ordered, add comments or marked it as shipped.

I can see everything just fine with a credit card payment, but not PP. Any advice?
