Updating PxPay module to use EnableAddBillCard

Hello,
I'm trying to update the DPS PxPay module to enable the use of the PxPay 2.0 EnableAddBillCard feature (uses tokens to store customer cc details on the DPS server).

I have added a new column - DpsBillingID varchar 32 - to the customers table. This will store the billing ID token received back from DPS, and will be used with the customer's return purchases.

Everything works fine ( the order is created, and I receive a token back from DPS ) except the token is not being saved to the customer table. I was hoping someone might take a look at the changes I made to the module and see what I may have done wrong?

All additions have been marked with //***** added/changed for EnableAddBillCard
