Estimated Delivery Date Displayed in Checkout

is it possible to have the Estimated Delivery Date Displayed in Checkout?

The delivery date would be based on the delivery method.

I have tried searching but had no luck.

Depends on the shipping module being used. Some support this, some don't. Those that do will generally have a setting to enable/disable it.
