"HTML Editor" doesn't offer "HTML/Rich-Text editor "option

In my configuration/store/HTML Editor, I cannot find the option for "HTML/Rich-Text editor "option, only 'Plain text". How to fix it?

Ive installed CK editor and in the my store section ive set it to those editors but still I only get the text editor with my define pages. I think its not picking up the editors. They are on the list but when I select them the page refreshes but it returns to text and not to the editor chosen.

Please help?

Does it work when editing a product?
Php version, ck editor version? I thought I saw a new one published recently. Haven't tried it yet though.

Every time I've encountered "the editor isn't showing", it's because during the upload of your editor-of-choice you put the files in the wrong place on the server, or your store's in a language that isn't supported by the editor you're trying to use.
