A single place cannot display Chinese character

Greetings-

My headache is Chinese product name cannot be displayed on Account_History_Info page only, and other pages (e.g. Shopping_Cart) are fine.

I checked the codes and it's "<?php echo $order->products[$i]['name'];" in "tpl_account_history_info_default.php" and "<?php echo $product['productsImage'];" in "tpl_shopping_cart_default.php"

I've set language code to "utf-8". Database should be fine since the whole website is OK except the single place. (There might be other places I haven't found.) The url: http://angelcorp.net/test/zencart/index.php?main_page=account_history_info&order_id=1

Problem solved. It's still with database 'products_name' field length. Increase to varchar(255) for 'zen_orders_products' and 'zen_products_description'. I only change the latter at the beginning. That's why the whole website is OK except order related.
