Change Order Statis choice

I want to change one of the Order Status: drop down box choices to "Shipped" instead of "Delivered". This is confusing to the customer, he's been home all day and he swears that his order hasn't been delivered yet. I just want to e-mail him that it has been "Shipped". What file do I change?

I used to live and breath Zen Cart, best I can do now is just contribute. Thanks for the fast response to my brain fart question.

For others that have come to this thread, there may be value in keeping the delivered option if tracking of that type is available/offered. Having the shipped option added though is a good solution for the customer side when viewing order status.
