Shipping module help regarding different zone costs

Hi,

Could someone please help me as my brain has totally given up and I just can't work out where to start :(

I have to add the following shipping costs to my cart..

The Charges
UK Postal Charges
Up to 2kg of Goods:-

Royal Mail Tracked48 Delivery (2 - 3 working days) £3.10
This service will provide a tracking number and can be tracked at any stage of the delivery process. This service also is insured and requires a signature.

Royal Mail Tracked24 Delivery (1 - 2 working days) £4.48
This service will provide a tracking number and can be tracked at any stage of the delivery process. This service also is insured and requires a signature.

Royal Mail Overnight Delivery (1 working day) £6.40 (upto 500g)
up to 1kg: £6.95
upto 2kg £8.95
Over 2kg £19.95
This service will provide a tracking number and can be tracked at any stage of the delivery process.

Courier Charges
Up to 30kg of Goods:-

Parcel Force Overnight Courier (1 working day) £6.00
This service will provide a tracking number.

Europe and Southern Ireland Delivery charge *
£Cost

Rest of World *
£Cost

From reading, I assume I need to use the zones shipping module however I can't work out how this would show to the customer the choice of courier/ shipper and delivery times rather than just the prices..
