Newsletter not sending correctly. Red X under Sent. How do I find the error?

Hi folks,

Trying to send out a newsletter to customers but some of the emails are bouncing back.

A red X(false) appears under the Sent heading in Tools>Newsletter and Product Notifications Manager.

How do I find out what's causing this?

Also, I'd like to confirm where I can see my subscription list? Is it under Customers>Subscription Management?

I'd really appreciate any help.
