Payment Module unresponsive after "Transaction_express" payment module installation

I installed "transaction_express module" according to the supplied instructions. Not only does the module not appear in the set-up list of modules, the module list does not respond at all.The zen_cart is running a secure server. Can anyone help me with this?

Sounds like a classic case of PHP errors being triggered, resulting in a blank page. Read the debug logs to understand the cause of the problem, as explained here: http://www.zen-cart.com/content.php?124-blank-page
