Document product views as blank page after adding new entries

I can't seem to view existing or new "Document General" pages. I can see the product summary text in the Document General item list, but when I click on the item, the page is blank and I just see the background image.

Any ideas why? Product pages view fine.

Could be your plugins, but you didn't tell us which ones you have, despite that being asked on the same screen where you typed your post.
Also is probably is related to files you didn't manually merge properly while upgrading.
Might be your PHP version, but you didn't tell us about that either.

Yes it appears it might have been related to an add-on module php script in the /includes/modules/pages/document_general_info folder. When I upgraded to v1.53 from v1.39 one of the addon modules failed to work in 1.53, so I then upgraded the addon module which seemed to work, however this issue might be caused by left over code from the old addon module version. Anyway I renamed the modules php script to -OLD and now the page displays OK and I don't seem to get any more LOG errors for this type of page at least, so I'm hoping this quick fix has no other adverse impacts, but time will tell. Might have to follow up with the module developer if there are more issues.

Just a note to remind folks that renaming files to old or leaving bak will violate PCI. Better to use your initials (unless your name is John Paul Getty:P)
