Invoices show line items with whole dollars only

When I produce an Invoice the line items are whole dollars only and without the leading dollar sign.
The sub-total, Tax and Total areas are formatted correctly (with leading dollar sign, decimal point, and cents.).

I am sure it is something simple that I have done, but I just can't seem to work it out.

Appreciate any help.

Given that the symptoms you describe do not happen with original Zen Cart code, I would say your PHP files are suspect. And that probably means you've installed some plugins, or have otherwise changed the code somehow.
