EZ pages not showing content and/or footer

My EZ pages are not showing any content or footer. You can see an example here: http://www.collage-creator.com/faqs?chapter=1

If you look at the source code it looks like half my page is missing. This happens for any EZ pages I create.

I have a custom template (I purchased) and have a few modules. I just don't know which file to look at to see what might be causing this.

Classic blank page behavior. Check your /logs directory for error log files.

The error log shows this:

When I went to those lines I found this code:
category_tree.php (line #45):

foreach ($categories as &$category) {

category_tree.php (line #50):

foreach ($categories as &$category) {

tpl_sbmenu.php:

<?php foreach ($category->subcategories as $category): ?>

I am not even using subcategories (that I know of). Plus I think I might have them turned off in settings somewhere.

Those are "PHP Warnings" and usually won't cause a blank page. However a "PHP Error" or "Fatal PHP Error" in the logs will definitely be related to an occurrence of a blank page.

You posted saying you're using v1.5.3 with a custom template. Was that template designed for an older version of Zen Cart?
ZC v1.5 changed a bit of how the ez-pages logic works, so maybe you're running into issues caused by incompatibility.

I think there are just 2 files that drive it:
/includes/modules/pages/page/header_php.php
/includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE_FOLDER/templates/tpl_page_default.php

So ...

1. Putting those back to original v1.5.3 files might help significantly.
   If not, then something bad is happening after the line in tpl_page_default.php that says '<h1 id="ezPagesHeading"> ...'

2. When did this problem suddenly start?

3. Whose template are you actually using?

4. What other plugins are on your site?

I am using a paid template called: Zenn (http://themeforest.net/item/zenn-minimalist-responsive-zen-cart-template/3901096) and I have a few module installed.

The modules I have installed are:
Ceon Uri Mapping v4.4.3
Admin Keepalive Timer
Captcha Verification 1.4_for_zc_v1.5.0
CK Editor

I believe the likely cultprit is: CEON URI mapping as I had to overwrite a few core files. But I was looking at the includes> templates> my template> EZ pages (which is where i though the issue was located). I realized the problem is likely one of the pages you posted above. When I get in later tonight (or tomorrow morning) I will see if one of those files reverted works.

Thank you for supplying those files and your feedback, I would have never though to look at the tpl_page_default.php file. I looked to see if either of the files you recommended above were replaced by an add on but, both were original. So I deleted my template tpl_page_default.php file (which obviously means the file reverts back to the template default file and now all my EZ pages show just fine.

This must mean that my template file that was supplied (tpl_page_default.php) must have compatibility issues with my version of Zen cart or it has bugs. I will notify the developer. Thank you so much for your help.

As far as the other issues I see in the error logs shown above; how can I now fix those? I don't want to leave these errors even if they are not fatal.
