Person doing my admin has disappeared cant log into admin

Unsure on my version
MySQL version is 5.5.40=cll
phpmyadmin is 4.0.10.7

The guy i have been paying to look after my website has disappeared and 2nd time this has happened, been over9mths cant access my zencart admin, i can log into phpMyAdmin.
I am trying to run a new query DELETE FROM admin WHERE admin name = Admin

I get an ERROR
sql query

DELETE FROM admin WHERE admin_name = Admin

MYSQL said

#1146 - Table 'beanieki_beanieki.admin doesnt exist,

can anyone shed any light on this

In phpMyAdmin, what are the names of the first 3 tables in your database?
What is the common prefix that they all start with?

As the FAQ article says, if your table name isn't "admin", but is instead "fred_admin" or "abc_admin" or "bean_admin" then you'll need to add that prefix to the DELETE FROM and INSERT INTO statements.

i have looks like 2 tables

beanieki_beanieki
information_schema

yep the error code 1146 looks like prefix error

thanks mate can see the 1146 error, just need to correct that prefix and try again

okies i looked under the structure tab
and i found this

SELECT
FROM zen_admin
LIMIT 0 , 30

so i gather this is my admin

DELETE FROM admin WHERE admin_name = 'Admin';
INSERT INTO admin (admin_name, admin_email, admin_pass, admin_profile)
VALUES ('Admin', 'admin@localhost', '351683ea4e19efe34874b501fdbf9792:9b', 1);

so after DELETE FROM I insert zen_admin
and INSERT INTO insert zen_admin
