changed paypal emails now I get an error

An error occurred when we tried to contact the payment processor. Please try again, select an alternate payment method, or contact the store owner for assistance. () - (35) error:14094410:SSL routines:SSL3_READ_BYTES:sslv3 alert handshake failure

I have a new API Userid, password, and signature

I have IPN in paypal directed to store/whatever.php

Did I forget something?

It was working before I changed paypal accounts

TY I was concerned that I might have missed something in changing my paypal email address payment setup.
I wonder how many stores aren't working because of this,,,
