Recently Updated 1.3.9 to 1.5 but admin blank page

Ive been going crazy trying to figure this issue out.
Ive read numerous links regarding this issue with no solution.
I upgraded zencart and front end works fine.

I go to the zen cart admin and it asks for user name and pass.
once I enter it, it just kicks it to a blank page.
Ive checked logs etc and nothing comes up.

I am not sure what to do next

Okay, since you say there are no /logs/myDebug-xxxxxxx.log files, then it's unable to store them ... either because the /logs/ folder isn't writable, or because the files involved in setting up the error-reporting are damaged or missing.

So, ensure the /logs/ folder is writable.

Then if it's still not working, please list here EVERY way in which the files and subdirectories in your admin folder are different from the original Zen Cart admin files+folders. WinMerge is a helpful tool for that once you've downloaded a copy of all those files to your PC.

I downloaded winmerge it showed me the admin files where mismatched.
I uploaded the new zencart admin files and kept my config and all is well.
