PHP Fatal error Call-time pass-by-reference - tpl_yahootreemenu.php

PHP Fatal error: Call-time pass-by-reference has been removed in /home3/emtools/public_html/store/includes/modules/sideboxes/tpl_yahootreemenu.php on line 252

Can anyone help me with this error?

As of PHP 5.3, that was deprecated.
Since you did not give us any of the answers from the posting tips other than your version, I'm going to make a WAG and say you've installed some module that is NOT compatible beyond PHP version 5.2

@Rubenz, are you using http://www.zen-cart.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=136 ?
It looks like that module hasn't been updated in a long time.
