Restrict QTY Discounts To Same Shipping Address

Am using products price manager to set up discounts based on quantity. That part works fine. How can I ensure the discount only applies if shipping address is same, as it is free shipping continental 48 states. Thank you.

Being that it is an order there should only be one ship address allowed...

Have you tested this?

Thank you, I was not thinking right about it. I had tested the discount/pricing, but did not go far enough. You are right, have tested now, and only one shipping address allowed. Thanks!
