downloading plugin from Forum

this is my first post, and first starting with Zen cart, as per my requirement I also need to download the converter of DBtoUTF from following link
http://www.zen-cart.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1318

but it seems have some problem I'm not able to download it... I try several time in deference browser...

anyone to help why I can't download this script.

1. What is the problem that is had? (Error message? Perhaps the host has some permission restrictions from performing the download or reaching the files where they are stored.)
2. Why is it thought that with a new install of 1.5.4 that this database conversion would be needed?

And don't forget to disable (or remove) any "download accelerators" or "download managers" if you have one installed on your computer. Quite often they are the cause of download problems (especially on sites with anti-bot / anti-leech protection enabled).
