How to change product listing layout?

I'm learning build a template, but I don't how to make change with product listing layout.

I add a product review rating and MSRP price, I add the php code to product_listing.php, and tested all works well.

I want to change the layout like below:

In product_listing.php there are many code line like this:

I can change the code to control print layout, but how to change the print sequence

Is there any train for that or Is there any example or template?
