clarifying steps to upgrade from v1.5.3 to v1.5.4

Just to be clear, if I am moving a client's store from v. 1.5.3 to v. 1.5.4 I do NOT need to load zc_install or do any database upgrades?

The documentation seems to indicate that I can just upload all the new files and all the changed files (with customizations added from previous version) and that's it?

Thanks and sorry if this is the wrong forum. There didn't seem to be any forum for upgrading from 1.5.x to 1.5.x.

While it would help to identify here what instructions to which you are referring, if not mistaken the instructions I expect to see discuss what is necessary to update the files. Zc_install for an upgrade addresses the database when choosing database only upgrade. For every upgrade/installation of ZC, the zc_install is necessary.

As a side note, there is no need to make the configure.php files writeable nor does the admin folder need to be renamed to perform a database only upgrade.

While the database changes are few, you do still need to upload zc_install and run it for the database upgrade. It'll take maybe 30 seconds.
