Fast and easy ajax checkout

Hello everyone,

Needing help here, Zen Cart 1.51 - have the fast and easy ajax checkout by numinix installed. Since Friday, February 27th, new customers are unable to create an account.

PHP Version: 5.3.25 (Zend: 2.3.0), Database: MySQL 5.5.42-cll

To replicate the issue:

1. Go to store.spectechind.com
2. Click Login/Register in the Header Bar
3. Under New Customer, enter email address/pw/confirm pw
4. Fill out info on next page - there is an asterisk with 'required information' next to it at the top right but no asterisk appear next to any fields (not sure why this is)
5. Click continue checkout

Upon hitting continue checkout, the page refreshes to the exact same page. And looking into the zen cart admin, no new customers are created in the db. Checked debug logs too - nothing pertinent there either.

I have checked into last modification dates on files in the templates/quick_checkout and there are no recent changes here.

Any help is appreciated, and if I can provide further information, let me know.

I suggest that you contact numinix directly for support on their commercial plugin.
