Need help updating

Hi, Due to the upgrade with Paypal, we have not been able to get any orders for the last three months.
We are not familiar with anything like MySQL, PHPAdmin or anything of the sort. We are losing customers and business because of this. Please somebody post easy beginner step by step directions or give us a call and ask for Jakob any day of the week.
