Compare Module Add-On

Hello,

I am trying to find/purchase a ZenCart 1.5.4 Compare Module Add-On.

I see there was an effort in the past but no recent updates on the module.

If anybody can point me a link where to get one I truly would appreciate it.

Thank you,
Admir M.

You're looking to add a comparison checkbox to the product listing, anywhere else ?

Hello,

I think that's all I need, I believe. Maybe on option on product info page would be nice as well.

I'm in, what's your deadline?

Hello,

I am building a new website currently, and plan to go live on April 1st. It would be nice to have something by then.
If the compare add-on is not going to be free, for how much would be selling it for?

Thanks,
Admir.

April 1st you say... Good news, I've managed to get it working for Zen Cart 1.54 today!

Special thanks goes to Trinity at Suite 10 Designs :)

Here's a first look without any formatting updates from the original:

I've got a day into the rebuild, I appreciate donations for my time ;)

Time to tidy up the code and test for any more bugs!

Nice.. Kudos!!!

...extra kudos for incorporating automobile images in your sample products.. lol..

Thanks for the shout out Twitch! It's great to see the module working.

Hi Twitch,

WOW! Thank you! That was very fast and beyond my expectations! If products have attributes assigned, will they show up on the Compare page as well?

Respectfully,

Admir

That's going to take some looking into... the base code only supports data pulling from products. I'll need to write the rest in if you need it.

Has this been submitted to the downloads or is it something that has to be purchased elsewhere?? Just wanna know where/how to get my hands on this..

I've got to finish it up, rewrite the install instructions and then decide if it was worth my time $$.

Plus I'll add in support for the attributes, my newest testing site didn't have any added just yet.

Give me a week, perhaps less if it goes back on the 'donations' priority list ;)

Not to do another necromancy of this thread but... did this module ever come out working with v1.5.x?.

Yes, it is in final testing awaiting further charitable funding...
