Westminster New doesn't work on mobile phone

A few ours ago I installed Westminster New on my website. On my laptop it looks fine.
I'm working local/offline/on my computer, but i wanted to take a look on my mobile phone too. So i typed in the IP of my laptop/zencart and that gave me something like this (i also don't see pictures)

Can anyone help me with where to look to solve this?

After i posted this, i saw Anne, so I posted it over there too. Sorry for my mistake :blush:

I know that it is Design75. I couldn't make a printscreen of my phone, so I added something that looked the same :wink:
