plugin contributors: let's translate your language files into french

If you are a plugin contributor and would like to have its language files translated into french, I'll be happy to do it for you for free.

I would just send you the files:
includes/languages/winchester_black/french.php (just a few places)

includes/languages/french/winchester_black/header.php
includes/languages/french/winchester_black/meta_tags.php
includes/languages/french/html_includes/winchester_black/all files
here

and you would do any translations necessary and send back for me to upload for free? That is very generous, I would contribute something for your efforts if you give me an idea of how this would work. I had a professional add the language pack files to my site but she does not speak French, neither do I but some of my customers do and I wish to make it easier for the French customers not fluent in English.
