Can't change table rate amount for shipping

I have this weird problem going on.
For shipping I choose table rate. Everything else is set to false.
Sortorder 1.
I have set it to 20:1.24,5000:0.0 using price.
So, that worked, everything over 20 euro gave me 0 euro shipping costs.
But then, I changed it to 50:1.24,5000:0.0 and tryed it again.
Hee that is weird, it still counts 0 euro for everything over 20 euro.
Tryed it again today, still is 20 euro instead of 50 euro

What on earth am i doing wrong for this not to change from 20 to 50?

Have you tried anything less than 20 euro to see if the 20 has an effect? Or going lower yet still to find when the 1.24 kicks in?

If you go to your Admin to the Modules ... Shipping ... and click on Zone Rates zones and look in the right hand column ... you should see the settings for each of your Zones ...

What do they show?

Changed the 20 to 15 and added something of € 19,95 into the shoppingcart.
No it's even getting more weird :P

I have fast and easy checkout build in.

Set to 15, it says table rate, normal shipping, € 0,00
Then shipping details says, table rate best way € 0,00

But set to € 20,-
it says table rate, normal shipping, € 0,00
Then shipping details says, table rate best way € 1,50

Thats not good.

I don't have zone rate in, i have table rate.
In locations/taxes i have made a zone defenition EUR with in ti only the countrys I would like to ship to and the are all set to all zones.
In my table rate i have set the shipping zone to EUR

I would like to add something.

My store is in the netherlands.
I ship to a few countries close by. In the future I will ship to some more countries, but always within the Europian Union.
Shippingcosts are € 1,50 for orders below € 20,- and free shipping costs for orders over € 20,- Always and for everyone, no matter wich country your from.

That is what I would like to achieve with what I am doing in the admin

On the right panel when you clock on Zone Rates zones you should see something like:

Nothing, because i don't use it. It is set to false

I finaly got it to work.
I switched to flate rate.
And ot_shipping.

But it still does not work on everything.
I see the sipping costs with tax in it (1,50 on the catalog end and 1,24 (21%) on the admin end)
But, no tax over the subtotal

Subtotal 10.02
shippingcosts 1.50
Incl 21% tax 0.26
Total 11,52

The tax is calculated over the shipping costs (0,26 of 1,50) but is not calculated over the subtotal (21% over 10,02 is 1.74 + 0.26 should show Incl 21% tax = 2.00)
So i am fogetting something somewhere, but don't know what.

You said Table Rate table ... could you click on that one and show what you see in the right hand panel ...

That's oke, i have my glasses on and that does not help either :P

Don't know what my webshop is doing, but every time I change something it looks wrong, but after a few times it suddenly works the way it should.
So after hitting the F5 for ten times :P i now have the free shipping working, the shippingcosts over € 20,- working, the tax over subtotal and shippingcosts working, BUT.....
It now has to also work with the coupon code in.

It now shows:

subtotal 19.95
discount coupon 10% off - 1,99
shippingcosts 1.50
incl Tax 21% 3.72
total 19.46

SO it does add up sub, discount and shipping (19.95 - 1.99 + 1.50 = 19.46)
But it does not add up correctly for the tax.
It now adds up sub + ship (19.95 + 1.50 = 21.45 and 21% of that is 3.72)
But it should add up sub - discount + ship (19.95 - 1.99 + 1.50 =19.46 and 21% of that is 3.38)

I can't get it to work :huh:
If i get it to work on the % then i can't get it to work on the € and the other way around.

If i set the ot_coupon to include tax false, re-calculate tax to standard and tax class high (we also have low and free), and use 10% discount coupon, it works.

Subtotaal 19.95
coupon -1.99
shipping 1.50
tax 3.37
totaal 19.46

But if I change the coupon to amount, € 10,-
It shows this
subtotal 19.95
coupon -11.74
shipping 1.50
tax 1.98
total 9.71

That is not right at all
No matter what I change, it's either the % that works, or the €, but never both.

Still havend figured it out. Does somebody have an idea of what the problem could be?
