Google Merchant Feeder - Processing Feed Yes, Upload No.... wtf?

Can anyone shed some light on why this is not uploading the file to the feed directory ?

  1. The processing mode is not giving errors
  2. My feed directory has the correct chmod settings

Thanks for any advice or direction...
