Categories Tab shows only 1 product and columns not working

I have 2 problems. The categories Tab only shows 1 item the last item on the list. I can't figure out where or how to fix it to have all the categories show.

I installed the the column_layout_grid_2_3_1 and have installed the clg_install_sql. Got a green line across top so I assume I did it right. I changed the configuration/product listing to columns and 3 row. Now I am getting all of my categories in sets of 3 all in a row.

While there if you click on Teddy Bears you will see my categories all in a row.

There are no debug files in the log folder.

Never mind. I am tired of spending hours trying to figure this out and found Configuration - Product Listing - Show Subcategories on main page while navigating I set it to 0. They are all gone.

I got the categories to show up in the categories tab by editing all the folders and clicking save. They all showed up then.
