Enter shipping address on Create Account / Login page

Is it possible to ask the customer to enter both billing and shipping address on the Create Account / Login page?

Preferably the shipping address should be a check box called "Same as Billing address" so the customer simply can check the checkbox and the shipping address is automatically filled out with the billing address information if the address is the same.
