Something went wrong with the site caching! Please try refreshing this page
**today my site all went down by sudden, and I am not sure if there is any issue with the image handler I installed last month.
my site shows "Something went wrong with the site caching!Please try refreshing this page, that should fix the issue."
i ask my hosting service and get the following answer. I am hoping if anyone can suggest any possible solution for me to fixed this. **
I am not sure since my site running over a year without any issue
"Thank you for the update. I carefully investigated your case and as part of my investigation, I used the Linux strace utility. It allowed me to attach my console to the PHP process and see what system calls is using, so I can debug what is taking too long for the script to actually execute. The results can be found under a file called strace.txt in your public_html folder. While it might be a bit cryptic at first, what we can easily identify is the immense amount of queries your script is generating. Sorting just the SELECT queries, we can see there are 45,647 select queries ran by the script, where the normal amount would be no more than 100 or 150 at most.
The following is an example of a batch of queries ran by the script:
Code:
write(4, "\236\0\0\0\3select products_tax_class_id, products_price, products_priced_by_attribute, product_is_free, product_is_call from products where products_id = '5701' limit 1", 162) = 162
write(4, "]\0\0\0\3select products_price, products_priced_by_attribute from products where products_id = '5701'", 97) = 97
write(4, "%\1\0\0\3select options_id, price_prefix, options_values_price, attributes_display_only, attributes_price_base_included from products_attributes where products_id = '5701' and attributes_display_only != '1' and attributes_price_base_included='1' order by options_id, price_prefix, options_values_price", 297) = 297
write(4, "m\0\0\0\3select products_price, products_model, products_priced_by_attribute from products where products_id = '5701'", 113) = 113
write(4, "]\0\0\0\3select products_price, products_priced_by_attribute from products where products_id = '5701'", 97) = 97
write(4, "%\1\0\0\3select options_id, price_prefix, options_values_price, attributes_display_only, attributes_price_base_included from products_attributes where products_id = '5701' and attributes_display_only != '1' and attributes_price_base_included='1' order by options_id, price_prefix, options_values_price", 297) = 297
write(4, "[\0\0\0\3select specials_new_products_price from specials where products_id = '5701' and status='1'", 95) = 95
write(4, "m\0\0\0\3select products_price, products_model, products_priced_by_attribute from products where products_id = '5701'", 113) = 113
write(4, "]\0\0\0\3select products_price, products_priced_by_attribute from products where products_id = '5701'", 97) = 97
write(4, "%\1\0\0\3select options_id, price_prefix, options_values_price, attributes_display_only, attributes_price_base_included from products_attributes where products_id = '5701' and attributes_display_only != '1' and attributes_price_base_included='1' order by options_id, price_prefix, options_values_price", 297) = 297
write(4, "[\0\0\0\3select specials_new_products_price from specials where products_id = '5701' and status='1'", 95) = 95
write(4, "E\0\0\0\3select master_categories_id from products where products_id = '5701'", 73) = 73
Each of the lines above is a separate query for a product with id of 5701. The same set of queries is ran for each and every product on your website, for a reason unknown to me -- it is perhaps an extension of some sort, which is running them.
If you haven't changed anything recently, I can recommend you to get in touch with a professional web developer who would be able to check the case further and make the required adjustments. It is, however, not a server side issue as it simply takes a lot of time for all the 45k queries to be ran.
