Weird problem - different information displaying on different computers.

I installed ZC on a hosted server for a friend.

The other day he went in to admin and added some products along with some images.
On the server there are some image sub directories which he was not seeing in the admin product page in the drop down location list, so he uploaded the image to 'Main Directory'
All seemed OK as he was able to see the images when he visited the shop.

Here's the weird thing:
When I visit the shop I did not see the images.
So I logged in using his admin account, and when I go to edit the product I do see the image subdirectories so I changed a product image to point to one in an image subdirectory.
When I now visit the shop I see the image - but all the other product images are still missing.

So:
He now visits the shop, and the product for which I amended the image is now blank although he still sees all the others which I don't see.

Can anyone suggest what might be going on (assuming anyone can make sense of my description above :blink:)

Who are your ISP providers?? I suppose that they are not the same
Some providers do not update as fast as others so you will see cached data versus live data

We do have different ISP's, but even allowing for updates, the delay between the changes and viewings were over 24 hours - which should be ample time for updates I would think.

Does it eventually display changes??
If so then it is in the hands of your ISP's
