Okay, got 1.39h site up again after upgrading the ultimate seo module.
I had to paste the patch into the Query Factory file using notepad and uploaded.
All works for now.

Glad to hear. Hopefully everything goes well with the rest of the wholesale upgrade, and you can move onto upgrading the main store soon!
Advice in a short line? Good content, frequent backups, keep versions and patches up to date, subscribe to the Zen Cart announcements and Known Bugs / Patches threads for your version of Zen Cart, test major changes on a "non production" aka development site, and enjoy life the best one can!
Otherwise lots of useful advice here in the forums and a great community. I've found it more than worth the time spent here.
