combing shipping and handling charges

I want to combine shipping and handling charge as combined enity . where do I need to do the changes in code ?

This will be a function/feature of whatever shipping module is being used. There isn't a global setting/option for this.

Easiest to add text to the canadapost_.php module

Find

Handling Charge per box

and change to

Shipping and handling fee
