Thanks for the info. ... I also have an email into USPS about this and issues of sending the Canada postal code and attempting to also send Extra Services which results in broken quotes ...

We will have to see if this happens anytime soon or in the distant future ... :lookaroun

Ajeh:

On the Insurance charge, you should find that over $100.00 does show additional charges for all 3 Insurance Methods for the $132 and $354 values.

Does the total need to be > $100 for insurance to work? Got a complaint the insurance wasn't added for Priority Mail. Need to get details.

I believe the value of the Products that are insurable has to be greater than $100 to get an additional charge. The best way to test this is, of course, to go to the usps.com site and test it, but I am pretty sure it is over $100 where a charge will be added ... :lookaroun

Everyone's help on testing the current (old) USPS K7 was great! I hope you will be able to help the new USPS version for 2016!

I have posted a BETA ONLY version for the USPS K8 January 17, 2016 changes at:

Please test this module and let us know if you have an issues or if the module works for you.

This is ONLY for testing on the USPS Test Server, until the production server is updated ...
