Posting Newsletters in PDF form

I develop my Newletters in MS Publisher and output them in PDF format. My question is does anyone know of an easy method to post a current issue and past issues in the EZpages selection Newsletters and Notifications. As for my coding and knowledge of ZenCart the name says it all.

Thanking anyone who has a suggestion in advance.
